Dr. Jerry Schmitt

The first time I walked into Dr. Schmitt's office I had a migraine that I had taken medicine for and it was not working.  I had been a migraine sufferer since I was 11 years old.  I whole heartedly believe in chiropractic care and was being treated in NJ when I was younger.  I am now 29 and in Philadelphia, so I needed a new chiropractor, I found Dr. Jerry Schmitt.  So here I am in his office with a migraine and he is asking me if I am sure I want to be adjusted, because it may cause the pain to stay or be exacerbated.  He adjusted me and I felt better from the minute I got adjusted!  I had 3 migraines and current daily headaches until that day (end of January 2008).  It is now the end of February and I have had no migraines!! Before getting adjusted, I couldn't work when I had the migraines, I had to take paid time off at work and I was completely useless.  I was paying serious money for over the counter meds because none of the prescription meds worked.  I had gone to see doctors, had a ct scan, etc.  Chiropractic was the only thing that helped!  I got my life back and got to take less meds! Today I feel great and it's because of Dr. Schmitt.  He is sensitive to patient needs, an expert in the field, extremely knowledge and fun! His patients love him and it is easy to see why-- I will continue to see Dr. Schmitt because I feel so much better, not only physically, but mentally and spiritually too!!! Thanks, Dr Schmitt!
